1. Credit/Debit Card Details
M A H Concierge Services LLC will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
2. Cancellation and Replacement Conditions
At M A H Concierge Services LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and replacement policy is as follows:
- Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer service email at info@mahospitalityclub.com.
- Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.
- Replacements: If you need to replace a service (e.g., change a booking), please contact us at least 14 days before the scheduled service date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but replacements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. No Cancellation Policy
For certain services and products, we may have a strict no-cancellation policy. This policy will be clearly communicated to cardholders before the purchase decision is made to prevent misunderstanding and disputes. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
