Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website operated by MAH Concierge Services LLC and the services made available through or in connection with it.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a booking, making a payment or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the website or our services.

ABOUT US

1.1This website and the services offered through it are operated by MAH Concierge Services LLC, a company based in the United Arab Emirates

1.2In these Terms and Conditions, references to “MA Hospitality Group”, “MAH”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean MAH Concierge Services LLC.

1.3References to “you”, “your”, “client” or “user” mean any person who accesses the website, submits an enquiry, makes a booking or purchases or uses any service arranged by us

1.4Our services may include, without limitation, luxury travel arrangements, hotel and villa bookings, event tickets and hospitality, restaurant and nightlife reservations, yacht charter, private aviation, ground transportation, lifestyle management and other concierge services.

The exact scope of any service will be confirmed separately at the time of enquiry or booking.

ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

2.1You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to make a booking or purchase services from us.

2.2By using our services or making a payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorised to enter into the relevant transaction.

ENQUIRIES, QUOTATIONS AND BOOKINGS

3.1An enquiry, quotation or availability indication does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3.2All services are subject to availability and may be subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions imposed by hotels, airlines, venues, event organisers, ticket providers, yacht owners, transportation companies and other third-party suppliers.

3.3A booking will only be considered confirmed once:

3.3.1The relevant service or availability has been confirmed, where applicable, by the relevant third-party supplier

3.3.2Any required deposit or full payment has been successfully received and cleared

3.3.3We have issued written confirmation of the booking.

3.4The issue of a quotation, invoice, payment link or request for payment does not, by itself, constitute confirmation of a booking.

3.5All quotations, prices, and availability are based on live inventory and dynamic pricing, and are subject to change or withdrawal by us at any time without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, until a booking is officially confirmed in accordance with Clause 3.3, no price or availability is guaranteed, and these may change between the time of your initial enquiry and the final completion of payment

OUR ROLE AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

4.1Depending on the service requested, MA Hospitality Group may act as a concierge, intermediary, booking facilitator or service arranger between you and an independent third-party supplier.

4.2Third-party suppliers may include, without limitation:

  • Hotels and accommodation providers;
  • Airlines and private aviation operators;
  • Yacht owners, managers and charter companies;
  • Event organisers, venues and ticket suppliers;
  • Restaurants, clubs and entertainment venues;
  • Transportation and chauffeur providers; and
  • Other travel, hospitality and lifestyle service providers.

4.3Certain services may therefore be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with any supplier terms applicable to that service.

4.4Where a service is provided directly by a third party, MA Hospitality Group does not control the day-to-day operation, performance or delivery of that service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PRICES, FEES AND CURRENCIES

5.1Prices will be communicated before confirmation of a booking and may include service fees, concierge fees, booking fees or other charges where applicable.

5.2Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude taxes, local charges, security deposits, gratuities or other costs charged directly by a third-party supplier.

5.3We may accept payments in currencies including:

  • AED – United Arab Emirates Dirham
  • USD – United States Dollar
  • EUR – Euro
  • GBP – British Pound Sterling

Available currencies may depend on the payment method, booking and payment provider.

5.4Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates and foreign transaction charges may be determined by your bank, card issuer or payment provider. MA Hospitality Group is not responsible for additional charges imposed independently by those institutions.

PAYMENT

6.1Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and any other payment method communicated to you during the booking process.

6.2Payment deadlines are strictly subject to the terms stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

6.3A booking may be cancelled or released without notice where payment is not received within the required timeframe.

6.4By making a card payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.

6.5You are responsible for retaining copies of invoices, receipts and other transaction records relating to your booking.

6.6We reserve the right to carry out reasonable verification or request additional information before accepting or completing a transaction.

CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS AND REFUNDS

7.1All cancellations, amendments and refund requests are subject to our [Cancellation Policy Page], which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2Specific cancellation, amendment or refund conditions may also apply to individual bookings depending on the service and the relevant third-party supplier. Any such conditions will be communicated to you before or at the time of booking confirmation.

7.3Certain services may be non-refundable, non-transferable or subject to cancellation or amendment charges where this is stated in the applicable booking terms.

7.4Where booking-specific cancellation terms have been communicated and accepted in connection with a particular booking, those terms will apply to that booking together with our Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law.

EVENT TICKETS AND HOSPITALITY

8.1Event tickets, VIP hospitality and related access are subject to the rules, policies and admission requirements of the relevant organiser, venue or supplier.

8.2Event dates, times, venues, performers, participants, seating arrangements and other details may be changed by the organiser.

8.3You are responsible for complying with all ticket conditions and venue rules, including identification, age, dress code and admission requirements where applicable.

8.4MA Hospitality Group is not responsible for refusal of admission resulting from a client’s failure to comply with valid venue or organiser requirements.

8.5The resale, transfer or commercial use of tickets may be restricted by the applicable supplier, organiser or law. You must comply with all restrictions communicated in connection with your booking.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your travelling party hold all documents required for the relevant journey or service, including where applicable:

  • valid passports;
  • visas;
  • travel authorisations;
  • insurance;
  • health or entry documentation; and
  • any licences or identification required for a particular activity.

9.2You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.

9.3MA Hospitality Group will not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by you or from your failure to comply with applicable entry, travel, immigration, venue or supplier requirements.

PROHIBITED USE AND SANCTIONS

10.1You must not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited purpose.

10.2We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel a transaction where providing the service may breach applicable laws, sanctions, trade restrictions, anti-money laundering requirements or compliance obligations applicable to MA Hospitality Group, its banking partners, payment providers or suppliers.

10.3We may request reasonable information or documentation where required for compliance or transaction verification purposes.

WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1Unless otherwise stated, the content made available on this website, including text, branding, graphics, design, images and other materials owned by MA Hospitality Group, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2You may access the website for personal and lawful use only.

11.3You must not, without our prior written permission:

11.3.1Reproduce or republish substantial parts of our website content;

11.3.2Use our trademarks, branding or materials in a misleading manner;

11.3.3Interfere with the operation or security of the website; or

11.3.4Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND INFORMATION

12.1We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, event details, availability, schedules, venues and third-party information may change.

12.2Content published on the website is provided for general information and does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed offer or booking.

12.3We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, free from interruption or free from technical errors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MA Hospitality Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services.

13.2Where a service is provided by an independent third-party supplier, we will not be responsible for acts or omissions outside our reasonable control, subject always to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.3Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

MA Hospitality Group will not be responsible for delay, disruption or failure to perform an obligation where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, without limitation, severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, border restrictions, transport disruption, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, venue closures, event cancellations or other comparable events.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, the options available to you may depend on the terms of the relevant supplier.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities or reasonable costs arising directly from:

  • Your unlawful or fraudulent use of our website or services;
  • Your material breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
  • Information or instructions supplied by you that are materially inaccurate or misleading.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

17.3The Terms applicable to a confirmed booking will generally be those in effect when the booking was made, together with any specific terms agreed in relation to that booking.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Dubai, United Arab Emirates – verify according to the company’s place of incorporation and licence].
