Security deposit and payment

For any booking made more than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

  • 50% of the booking amount is due to the signature of the contract
  • The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date
  • The security deposit must be wired no later than 2 days before the arrival date

For any booking made less than 4 weeks in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

  • Total payment is due upon signature of the contract
  • The security deposit must be wired no later than 15 days before the arrival date

The security deposit amount depends on the brand and model chosen, and we will inform you before the booking. We ask for a card imprint so that the deposit is not debited from your account but only temporarily blocked.

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. For any other means of payment, do not hesitate to discuss it with your Excellence representative.
