YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027: From “Idol” to Stadium History

A duo who built their sound around turning stories into songs are now filling some of Asia’s biggest venues. YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 opened at Osaka’s Kyocera Dome on 24 – 25 October 2026, revealing a new chapter for Ayase and ikura just as fans were searching for concert dates, new music and the meaning behind Super Planet.

And the scale keeps growing. YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027, officially titled ASIA 10-CITY DOME & STADIUM TOUR “超惑星” (Super Planet), spans five cities in Japan and five elsewhere in Asia. From a fresh track unveiled in Osaka to a historic Singapore stadium date, here is why this tour marks a turning point for the J-pop duo.

From “Idol” to a Tour Built for Stadiums

YOASOBI began in 2019 with a simple but distinctive concept: transforming written stories into music. Composer Ayase and vocalist ikura broke through with “Yoru ni Kakeru” (“Into the Night”), before “Idol” became a global hit closely associated with Oshi no Ko. Their music crossed language barriers long before this latest stadium ambition. YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 now gives those worldwide listeners a new reason to gather in person.

The journey has been gradual rather than overnight. Appearances at Coachella in 2024, a London headline performance in 2025 and previous Japan dome shows helped widen their audience. Now YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 takes a catalogue built on vivid narratives into spaces where tens of thousands can experience those songs together.

Osaka Opened With Two New Musical Moments

The opening weekend gave fans more than a first look at the staging. At Kyocera Dome Osaka, YOASOBI performed “Saki Hokore” with a live band for the first time and unveiled the new song “KILLA”, which was scheduled for release later in 2026. Both moments helped make the opening of YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 news beyond the usual setlist discussions.

At the start of YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027, the production used a space-inspired stage and an expanded band arrangement with two drummers, according to the official live report. These details suggest a show designed for the scale of a dome, but fans attending later stops should not assume that every song, effect or performance detail will remain identical.

What Does “Super Planet” Actually Mean?

The Japanese title Chō Wakusei (超惑星), translated as Super Planet, is more than a decorative name. YOASOBI describe it as an ambition to create sights beyond familiar expectations, travelling from one imagined world to another through music and stories. That idea suits a duo whose songs often begin as fictional narratives and gives YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 a coherent identity beyond the concert posters.

For YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027, the concept also connects the production to its geography. Each new city becomes another destination on the journey. The elaborate Osaka opening offered an early example, without establishing a guaranteed design or setlist for every remaining date.

Japan’s Dome Dates: Nagoya to Tokyo

After Osaka, YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 continues with Vantelin Dome Nagoya on 7 – 8 November, followed by Daiwa House Premist Dome in Sapporo on 14 – 15 November. The performances then reach Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka on 28 – 29 November, giving fans several opportunities to see the new production in Japan.

The domestic run closes at Tokyo Dome on 5 – 6 December 2026, a landmark venue for Japanese pop. Together, these YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 dates make the Japan leg more than one spectacular opening weekend. For visitors travelling between cities, confirmed show dates and local entry requirements matter more than assuming a single ticket policy applies everywhere.

Taipei Brings the Journey Into 2027

YOASOBI Taipei 2027 is confirmed for 9 – 10 January at Taipei Dome, with both concerts scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM local time. It is the first confirmed overseas destination on the 2027 calendar following Japan’s late-year performances, and another chance to see the duo at dome scale.

Although YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 is planned across ten Asian cities in total, not every remaining stop has a fully announced date and venue. Fans following the wider YOASOBI Super Planet Tour should rely on organisers’ updates rather than treating an expected city as a confirmed booking.

Singapore Is the Southeast Asian Milestone

For Southeast Asian fans, the headline date is 20 February 2027, when YOASOBI perform at Singapore National Stadium at 7:00 PM. It is the only Southeast Asian stop on the announced tour and is billed as the first solo headline concert there by a Japanese artist. That makes YOASOBI Tour 2026-2027 significant beyond the duo’s own career.

YOASOBI Tour 2026-2027 in Singapore follows earlier, smaller-scale performances in the city and moves the experience to a stadium with a stated capacity of around 55,000. A bigger venue does not guarantee every ticket category will be available, so fans should check the official agent for current seating and entry conditions.

Will “Idol” and the Osaka Surprises Stay in the Setlist?

One of the most searched questions around YOASOBI Tour 2026 – 2027 concerns which songs will appear. The Osaka opening featured established favourites alongside newer work, including the live-band presentation of “Saki Hokore” and the unveiling of “KILLA”. Those early performances hint at how the duo are mixing familiarity with discovery.

Still, an opening-night setlist is not a promise for Nagoya, Taipei or Singapore. “Idol”, “Yoru ni Kakeru” and other fan favourites may be the songs many travellers hope to hear, but official announcements and reports from each concert are the best way to follow any changes.
