CHVRCHES Tour 2027: A New Sound After Six Years

The shimmering synths are familiar, but the story behind them has changed. After taking time apart to explore new music, Scottish trio CHVRCHES are returning with a new album and an extensive tour. CHVRCHES Tour 2027 promises more than a reunion with old favourites: it could introduce fans to a different side of Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook and Martin Doherty.

With All The King’s Men arriving on 22 January 2027 and concerts beginning just weeks later, the timing feels deliberate. CHVRCHES Tour 2027 connects an artistic reinvention with the chance to experience the band live in theatres and concert halls across North America, the UK and Ireland.

CHVRCHES Tour 2027 Dates, Venues and Premium Access

The newly announced CHVRCHES Tour 2027 begins on 13 February at Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia and finishes on 6 May at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London. Its 27 dates include Brooklyn Steel, The Anthem in Washington, Toronto’s History, Chicago’s Salt Shed, Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, Glasgow’s O2 Academy and Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre. The variety of rooms is part of the appeal: this is a chance to see a familiar band enter a fresh era from relatively close range.

For fans researching CHVRCHES Tour 2027 tickets, North American presales begin 27 October, UK and Ireland presales begin 28 October, and general sales are scheduled for 30 October at 10 AM local time. Access requirements vary by destination, and presale eligibility does not guarantee a ticket. Guests can use the Inquire Now button beside their preferred show to discuss selected access and tailored travel arrangements with MA Hospitality Group, subject to availability and organiser rules.

Why CHVRCHES Took a Break Instead of Repeating Themselves

The road to CHVRCHES Tour 2027 began after the band toured its 2021 album Screen Violence and stepped away from the familiar album-and-tour cycle in 2023. Mayberry developed her own voice as a solo artist, releasing Vicious Creature in 2024, while Cook and Doherty explored other musical projects. The pause gave all three room to return with influences they might never have followed on the same schedule.

That makes CHVRCHES Tour 2027 a meaningful new chapter rather than a nostalgic victory lap. The trio reunited to create music that would challenge them, not simply reproduce the electronic formula that helped bring “The Mother We Share” and “Clearest Blue” to international audiences. The time apart is part of the comeback story, not a gap to gloss over.

All The King’s Men: The Album That Changes the Conversation

The musical promise behind CHVRCHES Tour 2027 begins with the album itself. Due 22 January 2027, All The King’s Men will be CHVRCHES’ fifth studio album and their first in nearly six years. The announced 11-track collection leans towards emotionally charged indie rock, drawing on influences such as PJ Harvey, Massive Attack and British folk songwriters. Unlike the remotely assembled Screen Violence, much of the new record was shaped through in-person sessions in Glasgow.

What will that mean on stage? CHVRCHES Tour 2027 could place guitar-led arrangements and darker storytelling beside the synth-pop sound that listeners know so well. No full live setlist or production design for the 2027 dates has been confirmed, but this musical contrast is already a strong reason to follow the tour beyond its ticket announcement.

“Roses” Reveals a Darker Side of Their Return

The comeback began to take shape with “Roses”, released ahead of the album. The track looks beyond the personal heartbreak often associated with pop songwriting, drawing on social and cultural tensions in modern Britain. It is an early sign that CHVRCHES are using their return to explore subjects and sounds that feel different from their earlier work.

For CHVRCHES Tour 2027, the excitement is in hearing how that new perspective translates into a live performance. Other announced album tracks include “Evil”, “Adore You” and “Royal Blue”, although their inclusion on the record does not make them confirmed concert songs. Fans can expect the band’s evolving identity to be part of the conversation without assuming what any one night’s running order will be.

Two Intimate Shows Before CHVRCHES Tour 2027

Before the main tour, CHVRCHES announced two intimate charity performances: Glasgow on 26 October and London on 29 October 2026. Both sold out quickly. They are a reminder that even as the group prepares for a wide international itinerary, seeing the three musicians together in a smaller setting remains a major draw for longtime listeners.

The CHVRCHES Tour 2027 continues that connection through venues such as Brooklyn Steel, Revolution Hall and O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Rather than promising a particular setlist or meet-and-greet package, the real attraction is the band itself: old favourites, a new creative direction and a rare opportunity to hear how the two might sit side by side after the long break.

Love CHVRCHES? Explore More Electronic and Alternative Pop

Part of CHVRCHES’ appeal is the way danceable electronic production can carry genuinely emotional songwriting. If CHVRCHES Tour 2027 has brought that combination back onto your playlist, there are other concert worlds worth exploring. Charli XCX’s tour leans into bold, club-driven pop, while Tame Impala’s tour explores psychedelic rock with an electronic pulse. Fans drawn to bigger dance productions can also explore Calvin Harris’s tour.

For a concert trip built around your favourite sound, MA Hospitality Group can assist with enquiries about eligible premium access, accommodation, transport and personalised concierge arrangements. Whether you choose CHVRCHES Tour 2027 or another live experience, the aim is to make the entire trip feel as considered as the performance itself.
