Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms that may apply when a client cancels, changes, or does not use a service booked through M A H Travel and Tourism LLC.

1. Booking-specific cancellation terms

The cancellation terms applicable to each booking will be communicated to the client before payment or confirmation, and may also appear in the relevant quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or supplier terms.

By confirming and paying for a booking, the client accepts the cancellation terms disclosed for that booking.

Where booking-specific terms differ from this general Cancellation Policy, the booking-specific terms will apply, subject to applicable law.

2. Third-party supplier terms

Certain services are provided by third-party suppliers and may be subject to their cancellation, amendment, and refund terms. Some bookings may require non-refundable deposits or become fully non-refundable once confirmed. Any applicable conditions will be communicated to the client before booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation by the client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Email: info@mahospitalityclub.com

The request should include the client’s name, booking reference, and details of the service being cancelled.

Each cancellation request will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to the relevant booking.

Where no specific cancellation terms were provided, we will assess the cancellation based on:

  • Whether the booking has already been confirmed with a supplier
  • Whether funds have already been committed or paid to a supplier
  • Whether work or services have already been performed
  • Any reasonable and disclosed costs already incurred in arranging the booking;
  • Applicable law

4. Non-refundable bookings

Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to restricted cancellation terms. These may include, depending on the applicable booking terms:

  • Event tickets and hospitality packages
  • High-demand or limited-availability experiences
  • Accommodation booked on a non-refundable rate
  • Villa and private residence rentals
  • Yacht, aviation, and private transport bookings
  • Personalised services
  • Services for which a supplier requires advance non-refundable payment

Where a booking is non-refundable, this will be communicated to the client before payment or confirmation.

5. Changes and amendments to bookings

Please submit any request to change a booking as early as possible and, where feasible, at least 14 days before the scheduled service date. Changes are subject to availability, supplier approval, and the original booking terms. Additional charges may apply.

A material change to a booking may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

6. Concierge, planning, and service fees

Where MA Hospitality Group charges a separate concierge, sourcing, planning, reservation, administration, or professional service fee, the applicable terms will be disclosed before confirmation.

Where work has already commenced or the agreed service has already been performed, all or part of the relevant service fee may be non-refundable, subject to the booking terms and applicable law.

7. No-shows and unused services

Failure to attend or use a confirmed service without cancelling in accordance with the applicable booking terms may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.

Clients are responsible for arriving at the correct location at the required time, and complying with all communicated entry, identification, travel, and supplier requirements.

8. Supplier cancellations, material changes, and events beyond reasonable control

A service may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, materially changed, or otherwise affected by a third-party supplier or by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MA Hospitality Group or the relevant supplier.

Where we act as an intermediary, any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement will depend on the supplier’s terms, the circumstances, and applicable law. We will provide reasonable assistance by communicating with the supplier, informing the client of the available options, and helping to process any available resolution.

Where MA Hospitality Group directly provides the affected service, the matter will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and applicable law.
