Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos is now open: Inside the new Kalo Livadi retreat
Contents
Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos began welcoming guests on 26 June 2026, introducing a new beachfront retreat above Kalo Livadi Bay. Four Seasons followed with its official “Now Open” announcement on 21 July, confirming that the property is receiving guests for its inaugural summer season.
The new hotel combines contemporary Cycladic architecture with 94 rooms, suites, and villas, a private beach, two infinity pools, four dining venues, and a garden-set spa. It is the second Four Seasons property in Greece, following Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens
A contemporary Mykonian village above the Aegean
The six-hectare property descends towards the coast like a traditional Mykonian village. Whitewashed buildings, stone pathways, landscaped gardens, and shaded courtyards connect the hotel naturally to its hillside setting.
Its Kalo Livadi location provides more privacy than the island’s busiest districts. Guests can spend the day beside the sea before travelling into Chora for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Sea-view rooms, suites, and villas
Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos features 94 rooms, suites, and villas with furnished outdoor spaces and views across the Aegean. Interiors combine white tones, natural materials, and contemporary details inspired by Cycladic homes.
Many suites and villas include private plunge pools. Connecting accommodation and larger layouts also suit families and groups travelling together.

Private beach, pools, and island experiences
Guests have direct access to a private beach, watersports, and two infinity pools overlooking the sea. The coastal setting provides a more relaxed alternative to spending every day at the island’s busier beach clubs.
Private yacht journeys can depart from the hotel’s jetty for swimming stops, nearby beaches, Delos, Rhenia, and the wider Cyclades. Helicopter flights, guided island tours, and private transfers can also be incorporated into the stay.

Dining and wellness overlooking the sea
The hotel introduces four dining and drinking venues. Álef focuses on Mediterranean grilling, Corbu serves coastal Italian cuisine, Kafeneo draws inspiration from traditional Greek coffee houses, and The Beach offers relaxed shoreline dining.
The garden-set spa includes treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, a vitality pool, and an outdoor treatment pavilion. Yoga, fitness, and restorative treatments can be fitted around beach days and evenings in Chora.

A quieter base for the Mykonos lifestyle
Mornings can begin beside the pool, on the private beach, or with breakfast overlooking Kalo Livadi Bay. Afternoons can continue with yacht trips, spa treatments, and long lunches by the sea.
In the evening, guests can travel into Chora for designer boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. They can then return to a more secluded coastal setting away from the busiest parts of the island.

Combine Athens and Mykonos
Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos can be paired with Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens for a city-and-island itinerary. Travellers can begin with culture, shopping, and dining in Athens before continuing to Mykonos for yachting and coastal relaxation.
The two destinations can be connected by domestic flight, private helicopter, or yacht. The best option depends on timing, group size, and the wider Greek itinerary.
